Another good cook- Kelly Sherwood

My sister in law, Kelly Sherwood is also one of the best cooks I know. She has given me tons of recipes that are to die for. When I married Nick I had never even tried an avocado. His family has introduced me to things like: vegetarian burros, Sheila's famous enchiladas, roast that would knock your socks off, green chile burros, shrimp cocktail and bran muffins at 6am Christmas morning, green chile scrambled eggs, these are just a few of the amazing things this woman can cook. My mother in law is right up there with my favorite cooks. Thanks to all of you guys, Kelly, Candice, Maren, mom, and Sheila for teaching me new things. I will post pictures as I try to recreate your meals.
If you know Kelly, then try to help me convince her to start a cooking blog so we can see her sunset magazine dinners.

They don't know this but my cousins Candice and Maren have become my idols. I look at their blogs everyday to see what they have done. It blows my mind that I can be related to them and have absolutely none of their talent. Katie and I were just talking about how they both got it and are sisters and we have none of it. I guess it's not the Bradshaw side of them. It must come from their mom's side. Check out their blogs.. you can get to them from Katie and Jordons. They have their own food blog called hold the onions. That is where I got this recipe. It was so good and easy. I am not a big cook but this deserved a picture. Nick's family has a joke about the meals his mom and sister cook.. When it looks good Nick always teases them and says "Oh this should be on the cover of sunset magazine." So when I pulled this out of the oven I said.." Excuse me don't you have something you would like to say about this meal?" He said ya who taught you how to make this. Not exactly what I was looking for but what can I say.. I'm a work in progress. Keep these fantastic recipes coming Candice and Maren. Love you guys....

In the Bradshaw family we all like to have babies at the same time. Not so much fun for my mom but tons of fun for all our little kiddos. Isaac (Zach and Sarah's) was born first, then Kambree (Don and Alisa's) a week later, then Warner the week after that. So when Zach and Sarah came to Az we had a joint birthday party. I Hate the Bachelor!!!

I was going to write out this whole post about how mad I was last night after watching the Bachelor but then I realized how retarded it is for me to care so much about a stupid TV show. So all I am going to post is that I am not going to watch "The Bachelor" ever again. Anyone else upset?????
