Come One Come All

My cousin Liz and I are doing a booth at the East Mesa Swap Meet tomorrow. She used to own a childrens boutique called Uptown Girls Downtown Boys and has tons of product left after they closed shop. We have jewelry, childrens clothes, crafts, and lots of BLING!! I know it is a weird place to put a boutique but lots of elderly people have MONEY and grandchildren so we thought we would just try it for a weekend. Please come to support us... You will love all the stuff. I am finishing my crafts now and will try to get pictures up tonight. The swap meet is located on Signal Butte and Baseline, and is free to get in. You can check out her website and it shows some of the stuff we will have there. Her website is www.poshcoutureco.com. It doesn't show everything but it shows some of the product.

Congratulations Cooper, my artist!

Cooper and Garretts school had an art show where every grade did a different project and 3 winners were chosen per grade. Cooper didn't know that he won 2nd place before we went, so he was very shocked to hear his name called. The kindergartners did not have any help with their art and Cooper did a great job. Congratulations Cooper Dooper, we are so proud of you. It looks like you are going to be just like your Dad and your Papa.

Love One Another

Tonight for Family Home Evening we had a lesson on Loving One Another. We have to talk about this pretty often in our house. We have a hard time "loving one another" haha. It went really good and the boys loved making these hearts out of pipe cleaner. We all have to do something nice for every member of the family and then leave the heart on their pillow. Of course the question came quickly about Noah not having a pillow so his heart goes in his crib. Next Monday we will talk about what we did for each other. Over all... mission accomplished. Rice krispy treats followed. Yum!!!

Laundry with an Izzy on the side

I'm one of those people who lets the laundry pile up until I just have to do it then I cram it all into one day. I don't know why I do this, I really enjoy folding and putting it away. I will be folding all night tonight while watching 24. (Izzy likes to always be on something when she sleeps so this was heaven for her.)

Garrett's Baptism

I made these as gifts to everyone who came to Garretts baptism. (The post for that important event will be coming soon.) It was a cute idea I copied from a friend. If you have a daughter being baptized call me and I will tell you the website for the cutest dresses you can make out of the same thing. They ended up cute and Garrett thought it was fun to hand one to all of the people who came to support him. I had Nick's Dad take GOOD pictures with his fancy camera so I don't have the pictures yet but when I do I will post Garrett in white on his special day. Congratulations Garr, we love you and are so proud you chose to be baptized. We talked about how he felt that night at home and he actually cried and said he felt something he had never felt before. I cried with him and Nick and I explained it was the Holy Ghost. Man I wish he could feel that way forever... I wish I could feel that way forever too. Something to work hard for that's for sure. This was an awesome day. Thanks to all who came.

Garrett and his rocket

Garrett had to do a report for school on any invention. He chose to do it on the Rocket. (That was only after we googled the Wii and there wasn't any information on who invented it.) He did a great job with the help of his Mom and Dad of course. This is what we ended up with. Nick did such a good job on the rocket. Garrett LOVED it. A++ in my book. We are still waiting for the final grade.

3 Down 1 to go

Garrett, Cooper and Warner have all taught themselves how to ride a bike. On Sunday we were at my moms for dinner and Warner asked Grandma to come outside and take off the training wheels. My mom looked right at me and I said what the heck, the worst that will happen is he'll fall. So out we went. Within 2 minutes he was off and riding. Garrett and Cooper did this same thing. Nick swears it is because they all have his "NATURAL ABILITY."......... Warner just barely turned 4!

Nick aka Papa Joe

Nick put his yard hat on the other day and I told him he looked just like his Papa Joe. He said what a compliment that was. His papa was such a great man. Just the mention of his name can get a list of family members crying. We miss you Papa Joe.
Gone but not forgotten!

Super Hero's

This little group has become quite the neighborhood clan. They play together everyday and this Saturday they wanted me to get the costumes down. They had so much fun changing in and out until they all found one they loved. Such fun memories... Garrett, Warner, Hayden, Brooke, and Cooper.

My baby is about to walk....

Noah is standing up all over the place now. He won't actually walk but he is getting closer and closer. Look at this adorable little guy. My last baby.. almost going to walk I'm crying right now.
